Healthy eyes and clear vision are an important part of your overall health and quality of life. You may enroll yourself and your eligible dependents or you may waive vision coverage. You do not have to be enrolled in medical coverage to elect vision coverage or cover the same dependents under medical and vision.
Find a Provider
To find a UnitedHealthcare (UHC) vision provider, you can either sign in to your member account.
- Go to myuhc.com and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to the “Find Care & Costs” or “Find Care” tab and select “View all care”.
- Use the search bar to find vision providers by name, specialty, or location.
- If you’re unsure of your network, check your member ID card or use the guest search tool to identify it, according to United Healthcare.
- Be sure to verify that the provider is in your specific plan’s network to minimize costs.
